We’re Dr. Pavin and Dr. Erin Rakhra, a husband-and-wife chiropractic team based in East Vancouver. He supports moms-to-be through every trimester, newborns with latch and feeding challenges, and children from infancy through their teenage years. We opened The Chiro Culture together because we believe great chiropractic care should feel personal, not clinical. As a husband-and-wife team, we bring two distinct areas of deep expertise together in one welcoming space.
Dr. Pavin holds advanced training in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic through the ICPA and others, including experience in the Webster Technique for pregnancy care. He has spent nearly a decade focused on supporting moms, babies, and children through every stage of development.
Dr. Erin is AVCA-accredited in animal chiropractic and sees dogs and cats at our East Vancouver location. This makes us one of the only clinics in Vancouver where your whole family, two-legged and four-legged, can receive care in the same place. She is also experienced with pregnancy and pediatrics like Dr. Pavin.

Children & Pediatric Chiropractic
Gentle, safe, and effective care for newborns through teenagers. We see babies for latch and feeding support, infants for torticollis and flat head concerns, and older children for posture, sports, and developmental milestones. Adjustments for newborns use minimal, precise pressure, no twisting or popping.
Pregnancy & Postnatal Chiropractic
From your first trimester to your postpartum recovery, we support your body through every stage. Dr. Pavin & Dr. Erin utilize Webster Technique, with specialized training in prenatal and perinatal care. Most pregnant patients feel measurable relief within their first few visits.
Animal Chiropractic
Dr. Erin is AVCA-accredited and sees dogs and cats at our East Vancouver clinic. If your pet is limping, slowing down, reluctant to jump, or just not quite themselves, a chiropractic assessment is a great first step. Serving Vancouver, Burnaby, and North Vancouver, and most of the lower mainland.
